Work Assessment and Rehabilitation
 Employment access, retention or return for all adults of working age
Responding to the work related needs of those who have been injured, have altered work capacity due to illness or are disabled, ITS uses thorough expert assessment and a collaborative approach to provide initial needs assessments, reports, rehabilitation plans and implementation, work site assessments, etc. The aim is to achieve safe, sustainable return to work for the individual.
Assessment of workplace access & ergonomics is undertaken for those of all abilities.
